Unfortunately, it hasn’t been the best start to the day for us girls here at Halo.

Between the three of us, we’ve already experienced 6 last-minute cancellations/no-shows, resulting in a loss of €260 — and it’s not even 11:30am yet.

We completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on a small business and our team’s time.

We kindly ask our clients to please give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. 🤍
