Details of our first UK retreat!

Our breakfasts here are just amazing, this is a protein bowl packed with blueberries, banana, cashews, strawberries, nut milk and gluten free muesli.

We are back in beautiful Marbella for our next week in glorious 25 degree heat. This is Old Town Marbella and a little square with lime trees. We go for walks here it’s amazing!

AMAZING STORY! “I got to a point where I thought I had to do something" said Timothy Smith today who is heading into month 11 of juicing with The Core Swindon . "My weight had taken over my life and I felt unfit and unhealthy. I started with The Core on 2nd Jan 2019 and I did 6 months full on the programme, now I'm doing 2 juices and 1 meal and I can honestly say other than the 6 stone I've lost, that I feel the healthiest I have ever felt. My energy is consistent, my skin's great and I now importantly have a new way of life to follow. There have been times where it's been difficult, but I've been focussed, and the results have been so good I've not wanted to ruin my progress. I've also now changed to a 100% plant-based diet as part of learning more about food, and I see this as a new lifestyle that I want to carry on.
