My last day of the 3 week Panchakarma Ayurvedic retreat and wow . Powerful .

I’ve had many people ask if im here doing a course and the answer is no, I am fully here on a personal level to emerge and receive this deep ancient practice trying to still my brain rather than being in a constant download/overload state.

Ayurveda is based on the belief that health is a state of balance among various elements of life, including physical health, mental clarity, emotional stability and spiritual fulfilment. And I certainly have reached every element.

As much as I will bring some of its magic back with me, I’ve needed to fully surrender so I can fill my cup up for you all 🙏🏽
