A lovely little write up about some of the things the fab team of therapists do at Soulshine Retreats....including my weekly group talk. Makes me laugh that I am the only person whose surname is used. For some reason this also happened at school. But here in Ibiza I am more commonly known as Anna Avocado than Anna King which I prefer🥑😍 King is just so serious!

Green is the grass shooting up from the ground. Green is earth all around you - green trees, green bushes, green grass. Green tastes like mint sizzling in your mouth. Starting to get really excited about working again at Soulshine this season. And we have a new magical home. Excited! Yoga, healthy food, massages, mindfulness and nutrition (that's me!)

Such a pleasure to give an Ibiza Superfoods talk followed by a Q&A about all things nutritional at the brilliant new EAT Retreat (made the cut right at the end!) with a fab group of guests. Next week is my first DNA Fitness retreat with the awesome 38DegreesNorth. So me and the PTs have just been completing our training with the genetic testing company so we're all tip top on interpretation of results. The PTs will be giving advice on the best types of exercise for clients to see results. And my part is all about nutrigenetics. Nutrigenetics is the study of the effects of our individual genetic variations in response to our diet, exercise and lifestyle, all of which can cause the genes to be 'expressed’ in a different way. Nutrigenetics helps us identify how best to progress on our journey towards achieving our own, individual optimal health. I am just mega excited about it all!
