On my retreats, I cook a fusion of French and Mediterranean food, sometimes taking a little journey to Mexico or India.
My cooking is inspired by flavours, places, memories, and the people I love. I love food that is tasty, colourful, and beautiful, but above all, food that is full of flavour.
At the heart of my cooking is home — the food I grew up with, the recipes and traditions from my family, and the feeling of gathering around a table together.
It’s my way of bringing a little bit of home, and a lot of flavour, to the retreat table.
