We’ll learn, practice and deepen the techniques together in a small and hands-on training. 🤍

Turns out I didn’t start a business to become employee of the month in my own company 🤣

I want space. I want good work. I want clients I genuinely connect with. I want enough energy left to have an actual life.

And I have absolutely no desire to convince everyone that I’m for them.

Very inconvenient for traditional business advice.
Very convenient for me.

Kinda chic 🦂

Today is Entrepreneur’s Day in Finland 🇫🇮

So, a little appreciation post for this crazy thing called entrepreneurship. 🤍

I often joke that you have to be at least a little crazy to become an entrepreneur — because who voluntarily chooses the uncertainty, the endless ideas, the late-night problem solving and having approximately 37 tabs open in your brain at all times? 😅

But after years of working for myself, I honestly can’t imagine doing anything else.

Entrepreneurship has given me the freedom to build, learn, change direction, follow my curiosity and turn ideas into something real.

This year especially has been a big one. I opened my own space, started teaching, and somehow found myself studying again too — diving deeper into nutrition and its connection to skin health.
There’s always another idea waiting around the corner… which is probably both the best and most dangerous thing about being an entrepreneur. 😂

Happy Finnish Entrepreneur’s Day to all my fellow entrepreneurs. 🇫🇮🤍 Here’s to being crazy enough to build the things we believe in. 🔥

A little bit about the person behind Sonné salud 🤎

I spend a lot of time talking about massage, but maybe not so much about myself. So here are 5 random things you might not know about me.

Some are probably more surprising than others 😄

And yes, being a massage therapist who doesn’t really like getting massages herself is a bit ironic 😂

Anything here that surprised you?
