✨ ENERGY IN MOTION – A JOURNEY BACK TO YOURSELF ✨
“Energy in Motion” is a two-hour guided journey out of the mind and into your body, emotions and chakras.
We begin with a meditation that allows you to arrive within yourself and become aware of what is present—even emotions and shadow aspects that often have no space in everyday life.
During this time, I, Anke from Ankes Kartenwelt, accompany you through my energetic chakra work, helping your energy flow and reconnecting you more deeply with yourself.
Afterwards, music and free, intuitive movement give everything that has opened within you space to be expressed through your body.
No choreography. No right or wrong. No pressure. You do not need to know how to dance—simply move in the way that feels right for you.
✨ From thinking into feeling.
✨ From inner awareness into expression.
✨ From held energy back into movement.

Keep moving, even when you cannot yet see where the path is leading. Not everything needs to happen immediately to be meant for you. Some things need time, growth, and the right circumstances to come together. Trust the process without forcing the timing, and don’t forget to enjoy the journey, because life is also happening along the way. What is meant to arrive will find you when you are ready to receive it.

You will continue to suffer if YOU have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True POWER is sitting back and observing everything with logic. If words control you that means that everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.
