I am SO very for the students who supported us from the beginning! 🙏❤️🥰👏🙌 Sandra was my original client out of my spare bedroom, and Valerie was one of my first students at my room in the gym. I met the lovely Sandra—who might just be the most charitable, loyal person I know—at a women’s walking group in , while the gorgeous Valerie had a steady Pilates practice prior to working with me. 💪But being from Belgium, she primarily spoke French and Italian! 🤔Somehow we managed through a LOT of gestures and demonstrations while we BOTH continued working on our 🇪🇸 And she attends 2-3 x week regularly! I was out sick Monday with a stomach flu 🤢 and then my poor student teacher caught it 🥺 AND we’ve had a few cancellations as some of you have reportedly been ill as well, so thank you for letting me know as early as possible and not bringing germs into the as the weather changes and the kids are back to school 🙏 But today those who made it in were on FIRE 🔥! So either I’m a recovering American workaholic, or I REALLY love my job, because it feels SO very good to be back in the ! 💪🙏💕 We are all a little stiff after a break, but that’s okay because now we see the VALUE of our practice, and we see how we have gradually become! 💪💪 We can just lower the springs for a bit until we get it back, vale?! 👍 🙏 One of the many, many things I love about is how QUICKLY you get your “mojo” back!
