EP. 5 Where It All Began

Mi faceva piacere far sentire quello che creavo, così mandavo le mie fragranze in omaggio alle persone della community dei profumi.

Da lì è nato tutto, grazie al passaparola.

Profumix è stata la prima profumeria a dirmi: “Mandami qualcosa”. Ed è diventata il mio trampolino di lancio.

Poi è arrivato l’online. Ho creato un sito e, a un certo punto, mi sono ritrovato a fare 30, 40, 50 spedizioni completamente da solo.

Gestivo il ristorante, facevo i profumi, li chiudevo, li sigillavo, li etichettavo. Facevo tutto io, dalla A alla Z.

Sono arrivato a un punto in cui ero sfinito: passavo le giornate e le sere a preparare pacchi.

Poi, la mia famiglia ha deciso di darmi una mano.

E da lì è iniziata l’evoluzione.

EP. 5 Where It All Began

I loved sharing what I was creating, so I started sending my fragrances as gifts to people in the perfume community.

That’s how it all started, through word of mouth.

Profumix was the first perfumery to tell me, “Send me something.” And it became my launchpad.

Then came online. I built a website and, at some point, I found myself preparing 30, 40, even 50 orders completely on my own.

I was running the restaurant, making the fragrances, closing the bottles, sealing them, labelling them. I did everything myself, from A to Z.

I reached a point where I was exhausted. I would spend entire days and evenings preparing packages.

Then, my family decided to give me a hand.

And that’s when everything started to grow.

EP.4 — FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE.

At some point, experimenting was no longer enough.

Every bottle, every weight, every proportion was carefully recorded, from A to Z.
Then came an important decision: investing €40,000 in raw materials and starting to take things seriously.

That was when passion began to turn into something bigger.

Different fragrances, each with its own identity, created with one goal: to explore different tastes, personalities and ways of experiencing perfume.

Because when passion becomes your work, without ever stopping being a passion, everything changes.

EP.4 — FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE.

A un certo punto, sperimentare non bastava più.

Ogni bottiglia, ogni peso, ogni proporzione veniva annotata con precisione, dalla A alla Z.
Poi una scelta importante: investire 40.000 euro in materie prime e iniziare a fare sul serio.

Da quel momento la passione ha iniziato a trasformarsi in qualcosa di più grande.

Fragranze diverse tra loro, create con un obiettivo preciso: esplorare gusti, personalità e modi differenti di vivere il profumo.

Perché quando una passione diventa lavoro, senza smettere di essere passione, tutto cambia.

EP. 3 — Before I Knew How

Before I even knew how perfume was made, I already wanted to create it.

It all started with curiosity: with the smells and flavors of the kitchen, with the instinct to take different elements and discover what could happen when they came together.

Then came my first trips to Egypt, the perfume shops, the essential oils. A whole new world that fascinated me, something I wanted to bring home with me.

So I started experimenting. No formulas, no scales, no real idea of what I was doing. Just oils, alcohol and instinct.

I was creating something I couldn’t find anywhere else, something that could be mine alone.

Maybe that’s where it all really began: before the technique, there was already the desire to create.

EP. 3 — Before I Knew How

Prima ancora di sapere come si crea un profumo, c’era già la voglia di farlo.

Tutto partiva dalla curiosità: dagli odori e dai sapori della cucina, dal desiderio di prendere elementi diversi e capire cosa sarebbe successo mettendoli insieme.

Poi i primi viaggi in Egitto, le profumerie, gli oli essenziali. Un mondo nuovo che mi affascinava e che volevo portare a casa con me.

Così ho iniziato a sperimentare. Senza formule, senza bilancia, senza sapere davvero cosa stessi facendo. Solo oli, alcol e istinto.

Creavo qualcosa che non esisteva altrove, qualcosa che potevo avere solo io.

Forse è proprio lì che è iniziato tutto: prima della tecnica, c’era già il desiderio di creare.
