This session is designed so that your newly birthed baby and yourself, as recovering parent(s), can stay in the comfort of your own home whilst I come to you and support you even deeper with your newborn.
This is a time where I offer a birth debrief if you feel you need or want to share your experience with someone who truly understands the post natal period. The benefits of talking through your birth can help you to understand and process your experience whether it was your ideal birth scenario or if your birth took a different or unexpected path. Talking to someone who has time to listen, can help.
