The Holy Grail der ästhetischen Brustchirurgie: die Kombination aus Brustvergrößerung und Bruststraffung.

Bei einer Augmentationsmastopexie kommt es auf die richtige Balance zwischen Volumen, Form und Gewebe an. Wir fügen mit einem Implantat Volumen hinzu und entfernen gleichzeitig überschüssiges Gewebe durch die Straffung — deshalb wird dieser Eingriff auch als „Plus-Minus“-Operation bezeichnet.

Bei einer stärkeren Straffung ist die T-Narbe bzw. der umgekehrte Anker ⚓️ häufig notwendig. Ich kombiniere diese Technik gerne mit leichten Implantaten, um das Brustgewebe langfristig weniger zu belasten.

In diesem Fall habe ich B-Lite Implantate mit 320 cc und einem Gewicht von nur 237 g verwendet — tropfenförmig und mit High Profile für ein feminines Dekolleté und eine natürliche Brustform.

Das Bild zeigt das Ergebnis 3 Monate nach der Operation. Die Narben werden im weiteren Verlauf noch deutlich verblassen und können zusätzlich mit CO₂-Laser behandelt werden.

Medically indicated implant exchange — implant rupture & severe capsular contracture.

This lovely patient came to me with different symptoms caused by ruptured breast implants from an older implant generation, placed abroad, combined with severe capsular contracture.

You can clearly see the change in breast shape on both sides, resulting in a firm and unnatural appearance. More importantly, she was experiencing pain and significant discomfort due to the severe capsular contracture.

I performed a complex breast reconstruction, including complete removal of the old implants and the contracted capsule, followed by careful reshaping of the breast tissue and implant exchange.
Her result shows a soft, natural-looking breast shape with Motiva Ergonomix® implants.
