Gong with Frida

Looked up the sky last evening and saw it’s time to wrap up the last New Moon in Leo and start preparing for the Full Moon in Pisces that’s coming up✌️ the First Part of this eclipse felt quite mighty and the second Part is almost here: this time felt very intense for me emotionally and a lot of Aquarelle painting by the Beach and finally reading these super inspiring books I was sooooo looking forward to kept it all together for me ☀️ also I started working on some projects my heart was envisioning since years and I feel surprised about my inner certainty that finally the right moment has come for them to see the light 🎶🥰✨ I know changes are coming, I am living a large transition and the beauty is enjoying the process of change, the horizon full of possibility and the present moment to adjust towards the bigger vision of colorful dreams. It was important for me to slow down for a few weeks before the next travels full of gong 💓🪩🥰🐬

18. it has been incredible to see so many people from such different moments in my life in so many places in such a short amount of time, my heart is full 🥹 the emotional processing of everything this month felt like traveling outside the matrix, being in many places and timelines, all in the same moments. Hard to put into words but definitely very alive ✌️🎶🐬
19. and simply staying cool was definitely taking major effort, not only emotionally 🫠

8. Met quite a few of my gong students from all over Germany (only one missing in the picture) that was great fun 🥳

9. and amazing colleagues I haven’t seen in years like Ricarda Raabe

10. when I visited ollihess earlier this year for recording the YouTube interview we have been so inspired and non-stop creating, we forgot to take a simple selfie - now got one ✌️

16. this water I was playing at in the first years of my life - it meant so much to be back and actually get to know the place my soul chose to descend to, its a vibe. We moved away very early so for me its just always been a feeling but no real story/ connection/ memories.

19. integrating will take even longer than all this time it took me to post about this month… but I truly loved the many beautiful encounters and all the many seeds that I could plant 🌱 I am looking forward to keep watering them and see them grow over more time. It’s not always easy.. it clearly isn’t effortless… but I really love where all this path is taking me 🎶🪩

Besides the online gong meditation I have long been reflecting about, this live co-creation with LUCAS VAZZ as has been very dear to me 🫶 special thanks to everyone who was there for sharing and creating the moment ♥️🎶🪩

Also it has been such a joy to support so many of you bringing your art on stage and creating a lot of flow working with this beautiful amount of creative chaos ✨ if we all unite for something that makes us truly happy, nothing can ever hold us back 🫶

During all my time at GARBICZ FESTIVAL I kept looking up to the sky, seeing the moon become smaller and smaller and now we are already embarking this week of both eclipse and new moon in Leo - really love the Moon Journeys of this year 🥰 and more than anything living their manifestations 🌑🌕🪩

39 is the new number - does it mean anything?

Deep knowing that some of the simplest joys make me happiest.

Deep gratitude for the people who simply are by my side, some for so many decades already 🫶 from close and from far 🫂

Deep love for emotions and trusting the intuition a bit more than the rational mind, combined with a bunch of experiences, which might change with any new one.

Love being somewhere in the middle of life, it’s so easy to feel connected into so many directions

and knowing a few things about me are unlikely to ever change anymore
