That was her very first appointment with me, over a year ago.

Since then, we’ve been working together on her brows, and it’s so lovely to look back and see how much they’ve evolved.

And this time, Jacq decided to trust me with her lashes too. 🥹

She naturally has the most beautiful, long lashes, so usually we would just tint them. This time, we decided to add a lift and see what we could create with what she already had.

Everything is always working out for me. ✨

A little bit of everything that happened in August l, so many beautiful memories that came straight out of my Pinterest dream life board. 🥹 Places I always dreamed of seeing, moments I once imagined living, and most importantly, sharing them with people I love so much.

I can only look back at this past month with so much appreciation. I’ll forever appreciate to be able to live these moments, collect these memories and call this my life. 🤍

And yes… anything but lashes for once. 😂 Because as much as I LOVE what I do, life is so much more than work.

Sometimes we need that little reminder that everything is always working out for us, even when, in the moment, it doesn’t look like it.

Trust the process. Enjoy where you are. And remember that sometimes it’s through contrast that you finally understand what you really, really want.

When they tell me their lashes are “too short” for a Lash Lift… 🫪

You might be right… but they’re not too short for the Korean Soft Lash Spa ✨

This client came to me with overprocessed and damaged lashes after a previous lift where an extremely small shield was used. She also hadn’t been properly informed about the importance of aftercare, so her lashes were desperately in need of some love. 🥺

The goal this time wasn’t just to lift them, it was to recover her lashes health, create the illusion of more length, and choose a product that would support this lashes long term.

And when she saw the result? Completely speechless.🥹✨

Short lashes don’t necessarily mean you can’t achieve a beautiful transformation. Sometimes, they just need the right technique, the right shield and a little extra care. 🤍

Because a beautiful lift isn’t just about the curl, it’s about respecting the chemistry throughout the whole process.

The before: unhealthy, messy lashes that were actually bothering her 🥺

They were overprocessed, crossing in different directions, and desperately needed some nutrition and hydration. 🤍

One of the biggest mindset shifts I had as a Lash Artist was realizing that a shield is so much more than its size.

Geometry matters.

Two shields can be the exact same size and create completely different results simply because of their shape.

That’s why asking ”Which shield should I use?” isn’t always the right question.

A better question is:

”Which geometry will create the result I’m trying to achieve?”👀

Once you start thinking this way, shield selection becomes much more intentional and your results become much more predictable.
