Sofi Dynasty

Today I inspired my friend Tati to find out whether our ambitions matched our physical abilities and signed up for a yoga challenge: 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar. ☀️🧘‍♀️

At the beginning, we were feeling pretty confident:
“108 rounds? It’s just yoga!”

After 20 rounds, we were still smiling.
After 50, we started counting not the rounds, but the energy we had left.
After 80, we were ready to reach enlightenment by any means necessary.
And somewhere after 100, we completely forgot who we were, where we were, and why we had voluntarily signed up for this adventure. 😂

But you know what?

We did it.

108 Sun Salutations, hundreds of breaths, lots of laughter, a little bit of suffering, plenty of mutual support, and an incredible sense of accomplishment at the end.

Sometimes it’s good to challenge yourself—not to prove anything to anyone, but to remind yourself that you’re capable of much more than you think.

And of course, so you can spend the next few days walking down stairs like a baby giraffe and telling everyone:
“Yes, it was yoga…” 😅

Real for me is never just about “from chin to forehead”.
It’s a comprehensive, anatomical and holistic approach to the entire top part of body.
