Lety Caceres Beauty Therapy

🌸Appointment & Cancellation Policy🌸
Dear Clients,

Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding. To help me provide the best service to everyone, please take a moment to read the following salon policies:

✅Booking the Correct Service
When booking your appointment, please ensure you select the correct service. For example, a standard manicure appointment (approximately 35 minutes) is very different from a full set of extensions (approximately 1.5 hours). Booking the correct service allows me to allocate enough time for your appointment.

✅Nail Art & Repairs
If you would like nail art, have broken nails that need repairing, or require any additional work, please let me know at the time of booking. Extra services require additional time and cannot always be accommodated if not booked in advance.

✅Rescheduling & Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer the space to another client.

✅ Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 20% of the booked service cost, and less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50%, which will be added to your next appointment.

✅Book Ahead
My diary fills up very quickly, so I strongly recommend booking your appointments at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment and secure your preferred date and time.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and support. I truly appreciate every one of my clients and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Leticia.
