I am having serious issues with my virgin provider and dealing with them is absolutely horrific 😭 when you have a monthly plan and contract that they don't follow makes it difficult to plead your case , bill was paid and disconnected 4 hrs later only to be told there is a 400 owing but it's nowhere on my bill or emails stating this charge 🤷 all they tell me is our system charged my file that and they have no idea why 😡 That's all I get from them if this issue isn't resolved today unfortunately I have to decide to switch providers but I will not be able to keep my phone number 😔 sorry for the inconvenience message the business page or book online please . Life these days 😞 full of stress and overwhelmed. As soon as I am updated I will update my clients.
