Happy Fry Day everyone! It’s that time of year again when everyone is asking “when are you closing down for the season”. We have just 30 more days at the trailer and maybe a couple extra days on the truck depending on the events schedule. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far this season. One month to go. Let’s make the best of it!

Tonight I was at Lakeview Estates. Each year right before they close the community pool they have a get together and I come out and do my thing. I’ve been going there for so long I started with just a Hot Dog Cart. These are the fun jobs, and as part of my reward, I get a plate of homemade cookies. These are the jobs that I will miss.
