Charmaine Nickels All Things Life

Keep an eye on how you fill the blanks in your life.

What do you say to yourself when you hear the statement…
I am ________________

What comes after gets invited into your life. Is your life attracting what you want?

Check your thoughts and your words…are they serving your greater purpose?

For eg:

I am tired😴 vs I am looking forward to nourishing my body with rest❤️

I am broken vs I am a work in progress✔️

I am out of shape vs I am working on a healthier and stronger version of myself💪🏼

Your ears are always listening to what comes out of your mouth so keep it positive, move towards your goals by having patience with yourself and you will slowly but surely get there🫶🏼

Friendly reminder….😍

Fair question …no?

Pitchers are my JAM❤️

They carry the weight that no one talks about.

Every pitch... every batter, every hit…every mistake... on them.

They stand alone in the circle with all eyes on their every move. No place to hide; just grit, determination, pressure, and pure resilience.

They control every aspect of the game.

It takes a different kind of toughness to keep showing up when all eyes are on you and the weight of the game feels like it is on your shoulders.

To the ones who work hard, show up with bravery and step into the circle, we see you. 💪🥎

As a coach I will always protect you. Physically, emotionally and always with your best interests at heart❤️
