We’re hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to join the Visage team!
This is a patient-facing role for someone who is polished, personable, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.
You’ll help manage the patient experience from the moment they reach out to Visage, including scheduling, communication, follow-up, payments, retail support, and making sure every interaction reflects our standard of care.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a front-desk role are preferred.
Active social media use and strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and digital content are required.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on camera, keeps up with current social media trends, and can naturally represent the Visage brand online.
