TOYBOX will be at the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba Teddy Bears’ Picnic this Sunday, September 27th from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Assiniboine Park. We will be at tent #14, right by the Teddy Bear Hospital tent. We will have some fun, hands on activities, including blowing bubbles, making stress balls, and even special visits from our friends Litty and Nume! See you at the picnic!🧺

Come join us at The Forks National Historical Site Centre Field for the We Are All Treaty People Celebration! We will be there September 20th from 1pm - 4pm to share fun letters, numbers, and wellness activities for children and families to enjoy! See you then!

Thank you so much to the Winnipeg Foundation for joining us in our new Community Room space for some TOYBOX fun! Litty and Nume especially had a blast learning and playing together!

The session started off led by Hephzibah, TOYBOX's newest member from the Winnipeg Foundation. Congrats to Hephzibah for facilitating her first TOYBOX presentation. Amazing job Hephzibah!

Next, the team went through our gardening activity package where participants decorated their own small pots to plant seeds in. This led into a group ideation session where students and mentors could share their thoughts about the TOYBOX project, collaborating on ways to enhance early childhood learning.
