Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized technique designed to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body.

My training in MLD includes Vodder Level 1 & 2, as well as lymphedema training through ILWTI, with a focus on post-operative care and lymphatic conditions.

MLD is very different from a traditional massage. The movements are light, rhythmic, and specific to the lymphatic system.

If you've had surgery, are experiencing swelling, or have been referred for lymphatic care, MLD may be an important part of your recovery and wellness journey.
