And if you already have a reservation between Oct 13-16? No worries! We’re already getting in touch with affected guests and will offer you multiple options:

A little heads-up for September 15! ♨️

Please note that we’ll have reduced hours on September 15 due to a private event.
We’ll be open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with 5:00 PM being the last entry time. All guests will kindly need to leave the property by 7:30 PM.

We look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing soak earlier in the day!

Hello everyone…
We will be closed from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM on June 14th, 2026 due to a private event. We will reopen at 4:30 PM, and reservations will be available from 4:40 PM onwards on our website.

We are also offering a special $35 entry rate on June 14th. Early morning soak slots are available at 9:00 AM and 9:20 AM, allowing you to enjoy up to a 2.5 hour soak until 11:30 AM.

Please note, all guests will be asked to exit the building by 12PM and we will reopen again at 4:30 PM.

These morning slots can be booked online or by calling us directly. Thank you for your understanding ♨️
