When did s*xy become something you used to feel?
You remember that version of you. Playful. Confident. Magnetic. Energized. Excited about what was next.
And now? Maybe you just feel… MEH.
You’re doing all the things, showing up for everyone, getting through the days — but when was the last time you felt really excited to be YOU?
Your body has changed too. Your jeans are tight. You dress around your stomach. You avoid the photo. You don’t feel s*xy naked. Maybe s*x has moved way down the list.
And sometimes you look in the mirror and think, where did I go?
Maybe you’ve started believing this is simply what midlife feels like.
I don’t want that for you.
I’m 54, and I feel stronger, s*xier, more confident and more alive than I ever have. My spark isn’t behind me.
It’s bigger than it’s ever been.
And I want that for you too.
Join me in November for my 6-month Midlife Glow Up Group Mentorship.
I want you waking up with energy and excited about your life again. Stronger. Leaner. Feeling incredible in your jeans. Feeling s*xy naked. Wanting intimacy. Having better s*x. Taking the photo. Wearing the outfit. Booking the trip.
I want you to feel ALIVE again.
And we’re going deeper than your body.
We’ll work on your nutrition, strength, sleep and habits — but also your mindset, energy, standards, boundaries and identity.
Because this isn’t just about changing what you do.
It’s about changing who you believe you are.
We’ll meet once a week for six months, and I’ll support you, challenge you and hold you accountable as you become the woman who takes care of herself because that’s simply who she is now.
This isn’t about getting your younger self back.
It’s about becoming stronger, s*xier, more confident, more powerful and more ALIVE than ever.
Get your spark back.
We start in November. Link in bio to join me.

You can love your life and still secretly hate how you feel in your body. Both can be true.
You can be grateful for your family, your career and the life you’ve built and still stand in your closet feeling like crap because nothing feels good anymore. You can be confident in almost every area of your life and still hate having your picture taken. You can have a great life and still miss feeling s*xy, strong, energized and really good in your own skin.
And I don’t think that’s shallow.
I’m 54 and I have zero interest in accepting less because I’m getting older. Less energy. Less strength. Less confidence. Less s*xiness. Nope. I actually want MORE at this age.
And that’s what I want for you too.
Yes, we’ll talk muscle, protein, hormones, metabolism and longevity. But we’ll also talk about your identity, your energy and the story you’re telling yourself about getting older.
I don’t want to get you back to who you were at 30. I want you to love who you’re becoming NOW.
That’s going from Midlife Meh to Midlife Glow Up.
Strong. Sexy. Energized. Confident. YOU again.
Ready for yours? Link in bio. ❤️

Such a special night with my girl. 🤍 We went to see Gabby Bernstein tonight and so much of what she spoke about hit home — healing, trust, divine timing, meditation, and learning to stop trying to control every detail of how life is supposed to unfold. Trusting that sometimes things are happening for you, even when you can’t see it yet.
I’ve believed in this work for a long time, but there’s something really special about sitting beside my daughter and experiencing it together. We’re in two completely different chapters of life, but both learning, healing, growing and trusting what’s next.
A beautiful reminder that we can do all the things and still leave a little room for the universe to surprise us. ✨ Such a special night together. 🤍
Are you lifting weights… or are you actually getting stronger?
Because they’re not the same thing.
Here are 3 things I’d be looking at:
1. Are you lifting heavier than you were 6 months ago?
If you’ve been using the same dumbbells forever, it might be time to go heavier. Your body needs a reason to adapt. Progressive overload matters.
2. Can you do something you couldn’t do before?
A full push-up. More push-ups. A heavier squat. Getting yourself off the floor without thinking twice.
I LOVE this kind of progress.
3. Does your strength show up in your actual life?
Can you throw your suitcase in the overhead bin? Carry all the groceries in one trip? Hike a big hill and feel good doing it?
This is why I’m so passionate about women getting strong after 40.
Of course I want you to feel incredible in your jeans. I do too.
But I also want us strong, capable and doing things at 70 that other people think we’re “too old” to do.
I’m 54. I’m not backing off now.
I want to keep getting stronger.
If you want help changing your body AND getting stronger in midlife, I have a few spots open for private 1:1 coaching.

Regulating your nervous system isn’t just about feeling calmer. It can support better sleep, recovery, digestion, energy and even make it easier to manage your weight — especially when chronic stress has you feeling wired, tired and craving everything.
After 40, I think this matters more than ever.
Here are 3 things I’d focus on:
1. Stop starting your day in reaction mode.
Before the phone, give yourself a few minutes to walk, journal, meditate, breathe or just be.
2. Walk more.
Outside when you can. Not every form of movement needs to be intense. Sometimes your body needs less pushing and more calming.
3. Get comfortable doing nothing.
This is a HUGE one for me and something I’m constantly working on. I love being productive. I love doing. But I’m learning I don’t always need to be achieving, fixing or checking something off a list.
I want to be strong, ambitious and driven.
But I also want a calm nervous system.
We can have both. ✨
That’s part of the Midlife Glow Up too.

If you’re doing all the things and your body still isn’t changing, I wouldn’t tell you to work harder. I’d tweak what you’re already doing.
1. Lift heavier. And I mean heavy enough that those last couple of reps are hard. Aim for 3–4 sets of 6–12 reps and focus on progressive overload — gradually adding weight, reps, range of motion or better control. Please stop doing 25 reps with the same little dumbbells you’ve been using for three years. 😉 Give your body a reason to build muscle.
2. Stop eating all day. Insulin resistance becomes more common through peri/menopause, and constantly grazing isn’t a habit I love. Build a proper meal around 30–40g of protein, then ideally give yourself around 4 hours without food before eating again. Four hours isn’t a magic number, but it’s a structure I find works really well for many women. And no, you don’t need to snack all day to “keep your metabolism going.”
3. Move after you eat. A 10–15 minute walk is my favourite, but if you don’t have time, do some bodyweight squats, take the stairs, tidy the kitchen or just get up and move. Using your muscles after eating can help reduce the post-meal glucose rise. You do not need to put on your Lululemons and make it a workout. 😂 Just move.
This is what I mean when I say you probably don’t need another massive overhaul.
You need the right tweaks.
And after 30 years of working with women, I can tell you — those little tweaks add up.
Save this and follow me for more Midlife Glow Up tweaks you can actually use. ✨

I’ve been playing with the universe lately…and it’s working. ✨
But I think I know why.
I’ve been showing up in the identity of the woman who receives.
Not chasing. Not forcing. Not constantly wondering when it’s going to happen.
Getting really clear on what I want, visualizing it, feeling what it would feel like to already have it…and then going out and living my life as her.
And things have been showing up.
Opportunities. Conversations. People. Little synchronicities that make me laugh and think, okay universe, I see you. 😂
And yes, I’m still me.
I still believe in action. I still do the work. I still love the data, the bloodwork, the heavy weights and the strategy.
But I’m realizing there’s another part of creating the life you want.
Being able to receive it.
Maybe we don’t always need to push harder.
Maybe sometimes the shift is becoming the woman who believes it’s already on its way.
The woman who expects good things.
The woman who knows what she wants.
The woman whose actions match that identity.
The woman who can actually receive it when it arrives.
That’s the energy I’m taking into this next chapter.
A little science. A little strategy. A lot of alignment. And yes…a little woo woo. ✨

You’re eating less, working out more… and somehow your jeans are getting tighter.
Welcome to the frustration so many women hit in midlife.
So you cut more food. Add more cardio. Try another diet. And still, your body doesn’t respond the way it used to.
This is exactly why I created The Midlife Glow Up.
You don’t need to punish your body or overhaul your entire life. You need to understand what your body needs now and make the right tweaks.
Because you can absolutely get leaner, stronger, have incredible energy and feel s*xy in your body again.
Midlife is not the time to give up on yourself. It’s time to do things differently. ✨

Why are we so quick to accept feeling weaker, stiffer and less capable as we get older?
Yes, our bodies change in midlife, but that doesn’t mean we stop challenging them.
I want women to stop thinking about exercise as something we only do to lose weight or look better. And don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to look good. But your body is capable of so much more than that.
Lift heavy things. Work on your balance. Keep your mobility. Try something different. Move in ways that challenge you. And have FUN with it.
You don’t have to do what I’m doing in these videos. Find things that make YOU feel strong and capable and maybe even surprise yourself with what your body can still learn to do.
Because this is what we’re really building in midlife. A body that looks good, feels good and can actually DO the things we want it to do.
We’re not training just for today.
We’re training for the life we still want to be living at 60, 70, 80 and beyond. ✨

The older I get, the more I realize how much the little things matter.
My zen space. My morning coffee. Being outside. Moving my body. Hiking in the forest. Riding a bike somewhere beautiful. Travelling. Laughing. And sometimes just sitting still and taking it all in.
These are the things that ground me and bring me back to myself.
At 54, taking care of my health is a huge priority, but I’ve also learned that health is about so much more than what we eat or how we train.
It’s about our energy. Our environment. The people we spend time with. The things that bring us joy. And making space for more of what makes us feel good.
I’m very intentional about all of it now.
Because my midlife glow up isn’t just about being leaner or stronger. It’s about feeling strong, healthy, grounded, happy and completely at home in my life.
And I think that’s the real glow up.
