The IonCleanse purifies the body more effectively and faster than any herbal or fasting protocols.

🚨 If you’re still drinking from plastic water bottles… and wearing material like polyester… this matters for you Microplastics don’t just pass through the body. They accumulate. Plastic isn’t only in bottles and food packaging, it’s in our clothes. 👕 Polyester = plastic. It’s made from petroleum, and when it’s worn: • it sheds microplastics directly onto your skin • those particles are absorbed through pores and inhaled • heat and sweat increase chemical release • endocrine-disrupting compounds come into direct contact with the body This is especially concerning because clothing sits on our skin all day, every day, during workouts, sleep, pregnancy, and childhood. These plastic fibers: • disrupt hormones • interfere with thyroid signaling • increase inflammatory load • stress detox pathways And this constant exposure is part of why we’re seeing an explosion of autoimmune conditions, hormone disorders, gut issues, and chronic disease that we should never be normalizing. The same with plastic water bottles, and plastic food containers. We use neither. We switched to all glass containers years ago when we learned about this. 🧠 What most people aren’t told: Fiber can attract to microplastics and the toxins attached to them, helping safely es**rt them out of the body instead of letting them recycle and build up. But in today’s world, food alone isn’t enough. That’s why daily detox support matters, not extreme cleanses, but consistent protection. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 My family and I use a natural mineral daily to help bind and remove the toxins we encounter from plastics, chemicals, heavy metals, and modern living. It’s part of how we protect our health in a world we can’t fully avoid. ✨ Small swaps = big impact: • Glass instead of plastic • Natural fibers over polyester • Fiber daily • Active detox support This is about reducing the load, not perfection. 💬 Comment RESET and I’ll share exactly how we detox daily ✅️Dont forget to save for later ✅️Share this with a friend 🧡 01/07/2026
