Here's the recipe:
9 oz/250g tempeh, sliced
1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce, tamari or coconut aminos)
2tbsp apple c***r vinegar
1tbsp maple syrup
1tsp ground cumin
30ml x 2 extra virgin olive oil, divided
1tsp smoked paprika
12oz pasta of your choice
1 English cucumber, sliced
2 cups arugula
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, peeled, chopped
4 Roma/plum tomatoes, chopped
2tbsp red w**e vinegar
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp bl pepper
1 avocado, sliced

Hydration: Insude and Out!
I was slow to realize this most basic form of self care but now it's top priority to me, I totally and externally!
I've explored various ways to hydrate, such as drinking oxygenated, structured, well, spring, reverse osmosis, distilled, carbonated and ozonated water! Tap water is not on,the list due to many impurities, chemicals and other components known to be harmful!
