💈Haircut every 4–6 weeks
Regular trims remove split ends before they travel up the hair shaft, helping your hair look healthier, feel smoother, and preventing unnecessary breakage. This keeps your style looking fresh while supporting long-term length retention.

🫧Shampoo twice
The first shampoo breaks down oil, product buildup, and dirt. The second shampoo cleanses the scalp more thoroughly, creating a healthier environment for hair growth and allowing your conditioner and treatments to work more effectively.

💤Only sleep on dry hair
Hair is at its weakest when it’s wet. Sleeping with damp hair increases friction against your pillow, making it more prone to stretching, tangling, frizz, and breakage. It can also contribute to scalp irritation if moisture is trapped overnight.

🧯Always use a heat protectant
Heat protectants create a barrier between your hair and styling tools, helping reduce moisture loss, minimize cuticle damage, and protect against dryness, split ends, and colour fading.

🔥Keep hot tools below 365°F (185°C)
Higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair’s protein structure, leading to brittleness, dullness, and breakage. Most hair types can be styled effectively at or below 365°F when using proper technique.

💧Moisturize generously with professional products
Professional-quality shampoos, conditioners, and leave-in products are typically formulated with higher-quality ingredients and concentrated formulas that hydrate, strengthen, and protect the hair. Consistent moisture helps improve softness, shine, elasticity, and reduces breakage over time.
