I’ve updated my booking + appointment policies to make the best of each opening and to better protect the time reserved for each appointment.

A few of the important changes:

→ 30% deposits are now required for all online bookings and new guests
→ My cancellation window is changing from 48 → 72 hours
→ Late cancellations, rescheduling or significant service changes within 72 hours are subject to 50% of the scheduled service
→ No-shows are subject to 100% of the scheduled service

You’ll also find information about late arrivals, consultations, colour history, service adjustments, pricing and a few other things worth knowing before sitting in my chair.
