I’ve been lucky enough to call O’Haira’s home for many years, and one of the things I’m most proud of is the team we’ve built along the way.

For me, owning a salon has never been just about hair. It’s about creating a place where talented people can learn, grow, do beautiful work, and enjoy coming to work each day.

I still love being behind the chair, but I also really enjoy mentoring, sharing what I’ve learned, and watching our stylists build confidence and their own careers.

I’m always learning too…about business, leadership, hair, and how to create a better salon environment for everyone.

I’m grateful for the people who have been part of O’Haira’s story so far, and excited for the people who haven’t joined us yet. 🤍

We’re so excited to watch Chelsea begin her journey in the hair industry here at O’Haira’s The Salon. 💛

After joining us as a salon assistant and apprentice, she’s gaining hands-on experience in cutting, styling, colour and guest care while working toward her Red Seal certification through SkilledTradesBC.

She brings a warm, caring energy to the salon and we’re so proud to be part of her journey as she learns, grows and finds her own place behind the chair. ✨

We can’t wait to see where this journey takes her!

15 years at O’Haira’s is something worth celebrating! ❤️ Rachel brings over 20 years of experience behind the chair and a true passion for creating beautiful, effortless hair.

She specializes in blonding, foiling, seamless grey blending and dimensional, lived-in color, always with hair health and a beautiful grow-out in mind.

We’re so grateful for the experience, talent and care Rachel brings to our team and to every guest in her chair. Here’s to many more years! 🥂✨

✨ Meet Ieva ✨

Originally from Latvia, Ieva has been an important part of the O’Haira’s team since 2022. As our Salon Coordinator, she brings her background in Human Resource Management together with her love of the beauty industry to create a warm, organized and welcoming experience for our guests.

Fluent in English, Latvian, Russian and German, Ieva has a beautiful way of making everyone feel comfortable and connected. Her love of travel and exploring new cultures brings curiosity, creativity and a wonderful perspective to everything she does.

We’re so grateful to have Ieva behind the scenes and as such an important part of what makes O’Haira’s feel like O’Haira’s. 🤍

Our amazing stylist from Hungary, Eva has brought so much heart, talent and passion to our team.

With the warmth of her heart and the fierce resilience of her spirit, she’s built a new life here in Canada and made her own way…something we deeply admire.

We feel incredibly honoured to be part of her journey, and while she’ll always be her own woman, we proudly claim her as part of her Canadian work family. 🤍

Shelby started her O’Haira’s journey in 2014, and we’re so happy she’s still part of our team today!

She’s built a loyal clientele who appreciate her attention to detail, genuine care, and beautiful work. 💇‍♀️

These days, Shelby works part-time while balancing what matters most, her family and lots of time with her kids. ❤️ We love that she’s found a lifestyle that works for her, and that O’Haira’s is still a part of it!

From high school student to talented stylist… Morgan has grown right here at O’Haira’s! She completed her training with us and has built a wonderful, loyal clientele along the way.

Known for her beautiful lived-in blondes, Morgan loves creating a relaxing experience and making sure her guests leave feeling pampered, confident and cared for. 💚
