Elderberry Fields
Canadian Grown Organic Elderberry | Farm Fresh | Immune Boosting | Farm to Table

Maybe we’ve made wellness a little too complicated.
Because taking care of yourself doesn’t always have to mean adding another supplement, another powder, another protocol or another thing to remember.
Sometimes it can be as simple as putting the kettle on.
Our Canadian elderberries are grown on our farm and freeze-dried so you can keep them in the pantry and reach for them whenever you want to make a warm cup of elderberry tea.
Add elderberries.
Add hot water.
Steep.
Sip.
That’s it.
Because our whole philosophy at Elderberry Fields is pretty simple:
We grow organic Canadian elderberries and make it ridiculously easy to incorporate them into your everyday routine.
This is one of our favourite ways. 🤍
Save this for your next tea-making day + send it to the friend whose wellness cupboard is getting a little out of control. 😂
One of my favourite ways to use our freeze-dried elderberries — straight into a French press, add hot water, steep, press + pour. 🫖
No tea bag.
No plastic.
Just whole Canadian elderberries made into the simplest cup of tea.
Freeze-drying means you can keep elderberries in your pantry and use them however you like — steep them for tea, add them to smoothies, sprinkle them over yogurt or oatmeal, or get creative in the kitchen.
Simple. Whole. Grown here on our Organic Certified Canadian farm. 🇨🇦

There’s something magical about making a pot of tea that feels like a little exhale. 🤍
Warm water.
Elderberries.
A few quiet minutes.
And something simple to sip while you slow down.
Elderberry tea has become one of those little rituals I love having in the kitchen—especially when the seasons change and everyone seems to be settling into a new rhythm.
No complicated routine.
No 12-step wellness protocol.
Just simple, nourishing rituals you can actually keep doing.
And honestly? Sometimes those are my favourite kind.

Back to school = back to ALL the germs. 😬
And while we can’t control what our kids pick up at school, we can control how prepared we are at home.
Before the backpacks are packed and the school bells ring, we like to get our family wellness routine in place:
🌿 Nourishing food
💤 Good sleep
💧 Plenty of fluids
🌳 Time outside
🧼 Good handwashing
💜 And elderberry on hand
Because when that first “Mom, my throat feels funny…” comes, the last thing you want to be doing is wondering what you have in the cupboard.
We grow, harvest and make our elderberry products right here at Elderberry Fields so you can head into fall feeling prepared. 🌿
Have you started your back-to-school wellness prep yet?

Stay hydrated with homemade elderberry & hibiscus lemonade. So easy to make and a delicious staple in our house this summer!
Directions:
1 litre jar
1 lemon
1 tbsp dried hibiscus
2 tbsp freeze dried elderberry
2 cups boiled water
2 tbsp honey
Pinch salt
Let this dissolve the honey and sit for 10min. Then add extra water to top off and leave in the fridge. Strain and serve over ice. I make this daily at night so it’s ready to serve the next day.

It’s a good thing she’s cute!
She created her own sprinkler system… she digs for voles which is technically pest control & problem solving… but she also wrecks the irrigation which creates a lot of work for us and problem creating.
🫖 Loose leaf organic tea >>>
I absolutely LOVE elderberry tea! It is sold as a loose leaf tea so zero microplastics and kills two birds with one stone — immunity boosting and it’s naturally caffeine free so I can have it anytime of the day!
Tea bags have a ton of microplastics in them and as much as I love the convenience of them it’s not worth the downside of the added microplastics that are amplified by heat.
I love to brew it in my tea only French press (otherwise everything tastes like coffee)… but you can also use a tea ball or a strainer.
Follow & comment ELDER and I’ll send you the link for 10% off your first order of our elderberry tea. There are two types plain and my favorite our spice tea which has ginger and cinnamon in it.
It is spring in the Okanagan!
I love being an organic grower because EVERYTHING I spray on my field I could eat or drink.
The fish fertilizer wouldn’t taste very good but you get my point.
This is my homeopathic “spring has sprung mix’ that helps my plants to grow well, send up new shoots, protects against big weather fluctuations, protects against mold and pests, gives them key minerals and energetically prepares them for spring. I’ve been using homeopathy in our field and garden and WOW I can’t wait to share more with you… including a home garden kit and field guide coming soon — in the next few weeks. ❤️✨
