Sometimes, the biggest blessings come when you least expect them. 🥹
My son was only 8 months old when I found out I was pregnant again. We already had a 5-year-old daughter, and we thought our family was complete.
I was still navigating postpartum, motherhood, and the emotional roller coaster of raising two young children. And suddenly, I was faced with another life-changing decision.
I was scared. I was overwhelmed. I questioned everything.
Do I go back to my corporate career? How am I going to manage three children? How will I find the time to be the mother I want to be while still building a future for myself?
There were tears, doubts, and so many sleepless nights.
But somewhere in all that uncertainty, something beautiful began.
What felt like my biggest setback became the beginning of my biggest comeback.
And that’s how my journey to building BROW.INKS began. 🤍
This is more than just a brow business. This is my story of motherhood, sacrifice, courage, and choosing to create a life where I don’t have to choose between my children and my dreams.

Mom, entrepreneur, and now one less thing to worry about in the morning! 🤎✨
As a mom and business owner myself, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to run a business while raising little ones. So I absolutely love supporting other hardworking mama entrepreneurs! 🫶
My beautiful client owns her own business creating all-natural beef tallow skincare products for babies and adults! 🌿
For her brows, she wanted to keep things as natural as possible. We stayed very close to how she normally draws them, kept them thin and delicate, and gave the tails just a little winged lift, exactly as she requested!
I’m a big believer in starting conservatively and building gradually. We can always add more thickness at her perfecting session once everything heals, but we can’t easily take it away! Less is more, especially when it comes to permanent makeup. 🤎
She was definitely anxious at first (which is completely normal!), but seeing how happy she was with her new brows made my day! 🥹

Nano Brows over old Powder Brows… that were covering up old Microblading! 😅 Haha, that was a mouthful!
I’m absolutely LOVING these results! 😍
Because we’re working over multiple layers of previous brow tattoos, I explained to my client that we need to build these brows gradually and see how the pigment heals before adding more.
I added delicate nano hairstrokes with a little soft shading in between, especially in areas where the old powder brows had turned slightly ashy.
The goal is to bring back dimension, softness, and natural-looking hairstrokes without oversaturating the skin. 🤎
Not every old brow tattoo is suitable for nano brows! It really depends on how much the previous pigment has faded and what’s left underneath.
Sometimes less is more, and patience is KEY when working over old tattoos!

🚨 OVERSATURATED BROWS? READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING NANO BROWS.
If your old brows are extremely saturated, dark, grey or packed with pigment, I cannot simply put Nano Brows or Microblading over them.
There’s already too much pigment in the skin. Adding beautiful, fine nano strokes over a dark, solid background won’t give you the light, defined hairstrokes you’re looking for.
Could I tattoo over them anyway? Sure. But I’d rather be honest than take your money for a result I don’t believe will heal the way you want.
✨ My recommendation: start with laser removal.
And don’t overwhelm yourself thinking:
“Am I going to need 3 sessions? 6? 10? 12?!”
Just start with session #1.
Let the laser do its job. Let the pigment gradually lighten. Then we reassess and take it one session at a time.
If your end goal is soft, beautiful Nano Brows, sometimes we have to remove the old work before we can create something new.
There are no shortcuts with oversaturated brows. Sometimes removal IS the first step to your dream brows. 🤍

She came to me after a threading appointment took a little too much off the ends of her brows 😩 Since then, she’s been filling them in every day just to bring back that fullness.
Her request was simple: don’t clean up my natural brow hairs, don’t change them too much — just make them look fuller. 🤎
So that’s exactly what we did.

Using ultra-fine nano strokes, I filled in the sparse areas and recreated the missing ends while working with her natural brow shape and hair.

Ombré Powder Brows 🤎
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that powder brows will look like Sharpie brows or be way too dark and bold — but that’s definitely not the case!
Powder brows can actually be super soft, natural and airy. ✨ The fronts can be kept lighter and gradually build into more definition through the arch and tail, creating that beautiful ombré effect.
Fresh brows will always look darker and more defined at first, but once healed, they soften and fade into a natural powdery finish — almost like you lightly filled them in with brow makeup.
