This morning I am sitting in tears of fear, gratitude and hope.
Life has been incredibly challenging lately then on Wednesday Haka woke up unwell, ended up in emergency and had his spleen removed.

We are waiting on the pathology report.

Please add to your prayers a clean cancer free pathology report and full recovery for my beautiful boy.

He is so full of life. He was swimming in Lost Lake the night before absolutely symptom free and loving life.

If you’ve met him you know he is a handful and a wild being.

Please pray for him 🙏🏼

Good Saturday morning everyone.

It’s a beautiful sunny day and I’m listening to tennis balls being bounced around.

More physical, mental and emotional health comes as a result of moving and taking care of our bodies.

I want to let you know I will be shifting my availability come July from Tuesday to Saturday.

I will be open for helping you all feel your best on Thursday and Saturdays at Glow Wellness from 12-5 pm

Also Starting June 29 I want to let you know I will be working Mondays and Tuesdays at Spa Scandinav in Whistler so if you are looking for a total self care experience when booking a treatment at Spa Scandinav you also get full access to the thermal spa.

What a ride……..This has been.

Up’s n downs a plenty, lessons learned and still learning.

Our bodies are crazy amazing things and when we listen to them magic happens.

I rode home from the office June 24, 2022.
I was an emotional wreck, in so much pain I had to walk away from my practice, no easing away just an abrupt stop.

That was my last ride and the beginning of journey with Slipping Rib Syndrome.

Almost 4 years and 2 surgeries later I have started back to work, part time and today I rode my bike to the office 😊
