Co-regulation is the process of one nervous system helping another move toward a greater sense of safety, ease, and stability.

Co-regulation is not something a practitioner does to a client. It is something that happens within the relationship.

Each person's experience is their own.
Some people settle quickly. Others take time.

My role is to provide attentive care & presence, maintain clear boundaries, and offer an environment that supports rest and ease.

This is the dream.

In yesterday's 60 min session where my client had a 3-day tension headache, I used facial cups, a custom aromatherapy blend, gua sha, and tuning forks.
Bodywork is more than massage.
