To secure your appointment time, a 50% deposit is required for all bookings.

❌ The deposit is non-refundable in the following situations:
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late
• No-shows
This policy helps protect appointment availability for all clients and ensures that reserved time slots are not left unused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
