For the longest time, I was hesitant to share this picture of my skin 8 years ago… 🥺
But I thought, if sharing my journey can inspire even one person who is struggling with their skin, then maybe it’s worth sharing. 🤍
8 years ago, I struggled with a lot of eczema on my face, enlarged pores, wrinkles, and an overall weakened skin barrier. I definitely didn’t have the skin I have today.
Then I started learning more and more about skin health—not just about treatments, but about what my skin actually needed. I changed my diet, completely changed my skincare routine, became more intentional about taking care of my skin, and most importantly… I learned to focus on strengthening my skin barrier instead of constantly trying to “fix” it. ✨
