Praise be! 🙌 This one’s so good it gets a permanent spot on the grid.
I often get asked, “Who’s the coolest person you’ve ever worked with?” Bieber? Gaga? Prince Harry? Nope. I always give the same answer: the Canadian icon herself, Margaret Atwood 🇨🇦✨
And how awesome is it that I can say I’ve worked with her more than once?!
The first time was back in 2022, when she casually held a FLAMETHROWER like an absolute boss. 🔥 And then again this past summer for The Times and Sunday Times magazine.
As a longtime fan of Margaret’s books, getting to do her hair & makeup is a pretty surreal full-circle moment. And as someone who considers The Handmaid’s Tale one of my favourite shows of all time…let’s just say Under His Eye takes on a whole new meaning when you’re standing next to the woman who created it. 😂
