Blondes have been getting warmer! ✨Formula alert✨ 2 different hilight formulas. 1. 20 vol 2. 11a with 40 vol put in a ration of 2:1 then toned all over basebreaker using 8g (dm for basebreaker mix) we are loving it!!!
