Welcome to Alter, a studio that offers hot & cold exposure through our spacious sauna and four-person ice baths with two temperature options
This video is basically a form of sound healing 🙆
Behind every magical sauna session is a little ball of ice and a few drops of essential oil 🧚
Get off your phone and pet a cat or make something cool or meditate in our cold plunge!! 😊😊
Good mood in ➡️ Even better mood out 😌
