Funny enough, Pilates wasn’t actually the plan.

It found me during a time when I needed something that helped me reconnect with myself, feel stronger, and trust my body again. What started as movement slowly became something much bigger, and eventually, it became something I wanted to share with others.
Now I get to teach both mat and reformer Pilates, create spaces where people can move without judgment, and remind them that wellness can feel supportive, joyful, and personal.
Sometimes the path that wasn’t part of the plan becomes the one that feels the most like you. 💕

Pilates is personal for me.

My relationship with my body has changed through weight changes, difficult seasons, rebuilding, and learning what wellness truly looks like for me.

Pilates reminded me that my body is strong, capable, and worthy of care through every version of me. That’s the energy I bring into my Mat and Reformer classes,a space to move without judgment, challenge yourself, laugh a little, and leave feeling more connected to your body.

The music helps set the energy, but the movement is always the focus.
