Professional boundaries? Always.
Forgetting the tea you told me three appointments ago? Absolutely not. 😂

After 12 years as an RMT, you start to become fluent in a very specific language. 😂
“It’s just a little tight.”
“I’m definitely doing my stretches.”
“I’m not really that stressed.”
“It hurts somewhere… around here?”
I hear you. I believe you. And somehow, most of the time, I know exactly what you mean. 😂
And for the record, you never need to know the perfect anatomical words to explain what you’re feeling. Point to the weird spot. Describe it terribly. Tell me it feels “crunchy” or “stuck” or “just… weird.”
We’ll figure it out together. ❤️
The secret’s out, but I wanted to actually tell you a little more about it 🤍
My Toronto practice is moving into a new space at .suites and I’m SO excited for this next chapter.
Having a space that feels good matters to me. Not just because I spend a lot of time there 😂 but because I want the second you walk through the door to feel like you can exhale a little.
A space that feels calm. Grounded. Welcoming. And somewhere you can show up exactly as you are.
My home practice isn’t going anywhere, this is just a new home for the Toronto side of my practice and an opportunity that felt really aligned with where I’m headed.
New Toronto home starting October 1st, 2026. 🤍
Money can’t buy happiness…
But it can buy you 60 minutes where your phone is away, nobody needs anything from you, and your only responsibility is to lie there. 😌
And I mean… that feels pretty close.
Consider this your sign to book the massage. 🤷♀️
Summer is winding down and suddenly the calendars are filling up again.
Work.
School.
Activities.
Appointments.
Allllll the things. 😅
And this is usually when rest becomes something we promise ourselves we’ll get to later.
When the work is done.
When everyone else is taken care of.
When things finally calm down.
Except… when exactly is that? 😂
Rest isn’t something you need to earn.
And taking care of your body doesn’t have to start when it’s already screaming at you to slow down.
Stress accumulates. Your body keeps score in its own little ways.... tension, tightness, fatigue, that feeling of just being done.
So this fall, try being proactive about your rest.
Schedule the massage. Take the quiet evening. Go for the walk. Leave some white space on the calendar.
Make rest part of the routine, not just the recovery from running yourself into the ground. 🤍

A little Toronto update 🤍
My Toronto practice is MOVING!
I’m so excited to be joining Industry Suites - Private Salon Suites | Toronto — a brand new space with an incredible team behind it, and a new place for me to continue doing what I love with all of you.
My home practice isn’t going anywhere, this is just a new chapter for Toronto. ✨
I’ll share all the details as we get closer. For now… I’m just really excited to finally tell you. 🤍
12 years of being an RMT has taught me a few things I definitely didn’t know when I started…
1. My clients care way more about their “imperfections” than I do. Hairy legs, sweat, falling asleep, body changes… I genuinely do not care. I’m much more interested in making you feel comfortable enough to actually relax.
2. I don’t have to destroy my own body to be good at my job. Turns out longevity in this career means taking care of MY body too. Better mechanics, boundaries, rest and accepting that I am, unfortunately, also a human. 😂
3. Not every treatment needs to “fix” something. Sometimes my client needs less fixing and more of a place where they can feel safe, supported and completely taken care of for an hour.
4. I was never going to magically stop questioning myself. 12 years later and I can still wonder if I did enough, if the treatment was good enough or if I could have done something differently. Imposter syndrome apparently did not get the memo that I am experienced now. 🙃
5. I was going to get VERY attached to my clients. I know your stories. I remember what was happening the last time I saw you. I celebrate your wins and genuinely care when life feels heavy. Some of you have been on my table for years, and getting to be a tiny part of your lives is pretty damn special.
Maybe the biggest thing I wish I knew? Being a good RMT was never going to be just about knowing muscles. 🤍
Meanwhile I’m giving you the most relaxing massage of your life and my brain is like…
Did I lock the door?
What day is it?
Wait… what side am I on? 😂
Calm hands. 47 tabs open in my brain.
You asked one question… now you’re getting the full anatomy lesson 😂
I can’t help it. I love this stuff.
