I remember being so embarrassed to tell my family I had my period that I would wrap my pad in tissue. 🥺

Today’s Girls Chat reminded me why conversations like this are so important.

Different women have different stories. Some grew up with shame. Some didn’t have access to the products they needed. Some simply weren’t taught much about their bodies.

But one thing we shouldn’t have to do is hide.

Periods are normal. Vaginal health is normal. Asking questions about your body is normal.

And THAT is one of the reasons I created TheDynasty.

A space where we can talk about our bodies, feminine health, periods, self-care and all the things we were once too embarrassed to say out loud.

No shame. No judgment. Just real conversations.
