This month is all about consistency for me. I'm challenging myself to do something I've never done which is to be consistent with posting every week day all month long just to see what happens. Maybe I'll get more likes and more engagement that can lead to more clients...or maybe I won't 🤷🏾‍♀️. I'm just going to try, and my trying is a success in itself (lol).

I'll be away on vacation September 28 to October 14 and I'm going to Europe for the first time! I've been working hard over the last few months and I'm so excited for this break. I'll make sure to share some of my travels on my stories! 🇮🇹🇫🇷🇬🇧 here I come!

Lash extensions can make such a difference 😍

SHORT ANSWER: Everyday. Washing your lashes when you have lash extensions should be a part of your daily or nightly selfcare routine. I recommend that my clients use a lash shampoo that is actually formulated for lash extensions (which I sell for a small fee), but otherwise, an oil free cleanser will do also.

You may think that getting your lashes wet and washing them is going to remove the lash extensions but that's actually not true. If your lashes are applied properly using good quality products, your retention will be fine. But if you don't clean your lashes, you run the risk of having bacteria and dirt from makeup or your environment stuck in between your lashes...or worst LASH MITES. (Just go look it up; it's disgusting)

FUN FACT: I completed this set while I was away without my lash bed or ring light. My bestie wanted to try lashes for the first time for her birthday weekend, and we made it happen with minimal lighting laying on a regular bed (It reminded me of my early lashing days).

I felt so confident as a lash artist after completing this set. Once I got my positioning right, it was smooth sailing. We both couldn't get enough of the pink spikes throughout; it was perfect for her!
