Monday iMessage 💬 I’ve been sharing these little messages for over 6 months now and they’re always things I’d send to a close friend or a younger version of myself who needed to hear them.
Being in my 40s has given me a different kind of clarity. I’ve spent so much of my life trying to do the “right” thing, make everyone happy and be everything I thought I was supposed to be. Now, I care so much more about what feels right for me. *sorry mom lol*
I’m still figuring it all out, but I’m learning to trust myself, protect my energy and choose the things that genuinely make me happy … like actually happy.
So maybe this is your reminder for this week too: KEEP CHOOSING YOU!🖤

Harper just got apple’s new MacBook Neo, which is light enough to throw in her backpack + has up to 16 hrs of battery. She’s in LOVE!! I just upgraded my MacBook Air and noticed a huuuge difference — it’s more powerful, sleek + I feel much more ready to dive into my work!
We’re so ready for back-to-school season aka back-to-routine season … or are we?! We have 4 weeks to go😓

We came to California to support Harper as she continues to chase her soccer dreams … and seeing how much she believes in herself and how hard she works makes me so proud. 🥹 The commitment she has to her goals is something I admire so much.
Watching her show up for herself this past weekend was a little reminder that the first person who needs to believe in your dreams is you. ❤️

Soccer tournaments may be running our travel calendar these days, but if we’re going somewhere, we’re making a vacay out of it!
California is giving us beach days, lotsa yummy food, shopping + the best core mems… oh and soccer of course!

Monday iMessage 💬 I think we forget that we don’t have to wait for a new year or some big life moment to start fresh. Every day gives us another opportunity to take care of ourselves, make a different choice and keep becoming the person we were meant to be! I’ll be the first to admit … I’m guilty of often waiting for the “perfect” time to make a change, when really the best time is usually just now. So whatever you’ve been putting off, consider this your little sign to start today. Here’s to a new week and a fresh start. 💜
