Tomorrow I turn 50. 😭😭

If I'm being honest, this birthday has been harder than I expected. It's brought up a lot of reflection and sadness about missed opportunities and connections. 🌎✨️

Maybe that's not a bad thing. Maybe it's an invitation to let go of some regrets, trust myself a little more, and stay open to what life still has to offer. 🦋

I love being alive, and I am so thankful for everyone here, I'm grateful for what I have and who I have in my life, it's a midlife crisis I guess. 🤷‍♀️
