Non refundable deposits may apply depending on service booking. 24 hour cancellation notice is required. We cannot accommodate your booked service if you are more then 10 minutes late. This acts as a no show and will lead to rebooking and incur a no show fee. Retail products once opened and used cannot be returned. If in original packaging, unopened and unused may be exchanged. We do not offer money back. We unfortunately can’t allow unattended children in the salon. All gift cards act as cash, they are not replaceable. Masks are still asked to be worn until further notice.
