Starting over does not erase what you already know.
Save this for a day you need the reminder.

is not always a place you arrive at all at once.
Sometimes it is one familiar face, one safe conversation, or one person who remembers your name.
What has helped Canada feel a little more like home for you?
Comment with one thing that helped you feel connected.

June and July were filled with meaningful moments through our Culinary Healing with Seniors program.
From preparing meals together and sharing cultural dishes to storytelling, laughter, conversation, and connection, each session became more than just a cooking activity. It became a space where seniors could share experiences, celebrate culture, build friendships, and create new memories together.
We are grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, supported the program, and helped make it such a beautiful experience.
This video is a little glimpse of what has been happening over the past few months, and we are happy to share these special moments with you.
Good food. Shared stories. Meaningful connections.
