Throughout my 15 year career in medical aesthetics, I've treated more than 5,000 clients. Ironically, I've only had two professional facials myself, both were simply out of interest and curiosity.
My recommendations have never been based on personal indulgence, but on years of clinical experience, observing real results, and understanding what truly works There is no secret, just nutrition - nourishing the skin from the inside with whole foods, not processed. Also, it is essential to take the right daily supplements.
