When you inquire with us, there is often much more happening behind the scenes than simply answering a message. We take time to:

* Review your wedding details
* Check your date, location, bridal party size, and timeline
* Assess travel requirements and services needed
* Confirm availability for you and your bridal party
* Prepare personalised quotes and respond to any questions

📅 Booking Holds & Availability

We may also tentatively hold booking dates while brides finalise:

* Who will be receiving services
* What type of services are required

This helps us ensure we can properly accommodate your wedding morning and secure availability for your party.

⏳ Communication Expectations

We completely understand that life gets busy and replies may not always be immediate we truly do understand! 🤍

However, when we spend considerable time:

* Creating quotes
* Planning potential bookings
* Coordinating details

…and then receive very delayed responses or no response at all, it can be challenging, as that time has been dedicated to an inquiry that may not have been ready to move forward.
