We’ve been on the hunt for three years for the perfect travel container for our oversized shampoo and conditioner bars, researching and trialing different brands in pursuit of “the one” for our customers.

The bar was set pretty high! Must-haves: eco-conscious, lightweight, practical and thoughtfully designed, with a removable insert and tight-fitting lid — and, above all, something made by a tiny business right here in Canada.

We finally found them. And they’re here, in hand, and making their debut at MRKT. Markets this weekend! 🤍

Made from 100% recycled refrigerators, these travel containers come with a removable insert that doubles as a self-draining soap tray. Simply allow your bar to dry, pop it into the container, snap on the lid and head off to your next destination.

And look at that perfect fit!

They’re sized for our oversized shampoo and conditioner bars, but they also fit our regular soap bars beautifully.

Our customers already love that our shampoo and conditioner bars are wrapped in recyclable tissue and biodegradable film. Now, we’ve found a travel container that feels just as aligned with our values — practical, sustainable and thoughtfully made in Canada.

We’ve brought in a limited quantity to try them out, so come have a look this weekend before they go online next week!

Our Soap Sample Stacks are coming to MRKT. Markets this weekend!

Each stack offers four different experiences in fragrance, lather and feel on the skin. Inside you’ll find four individually labelled soap samples, a biodegradable soap bag made from natural fibres, our business card, raffia ribbon and a gift tag.

Perfect if you’d like to sample a few before choosing your favourite, or to give as a thoughtful little gift. These were especially popular as teacher gifts and stocking stuffers last year!

One of my favourite things to watch at markets is customers taking their time — sniffing, comparing, chatting about their favourites — before finally finding the one. There’s something so lovely about watching someone discover a scent they absolutely love.

As always, each bar is carefully made from scratch by yours truly using the traditional cold-process method passed down through generations. Every bar is unique, and every bar tells its own story.

Beautiful lather, luxurious slip, wonderful aroma and plenty of skin-loving ingredients—with locally sourced ingredients thoughtfully incorporated into many of our formulas.

An iconic fall classic with the most heavenly gourmand chai aroma. Creamy Chai soap is coming to MRKT. Markets this weekend!

Warm cinnamon, clove and citrus mingle with creamy vanilla and tonka bean, creating a cozy, indulgent scent that feels like a crisp fall morning in a cup.

Our goat milk soap is rich in natural fats and is known for helping support the skin barrier. It gently cleanses without leaving skin feeling stripped, making it a beautiful choice for those who prefer a milder, more nourishing bar.

Pear C***r Soap

When we created a test batch with this soap, we knew we had to make a much larger one just based on the the scent alone! These bars have a warm and inviting fragrance that combines juicy plum and crisp apple with comforting notes of clove and cinnamon. This soap might become your new fall obsession!

The star of these bars is Blue Cambrian Clay, which is known to detoxify, renew and clarify. We added Indigo Powder to produce that lovely dark hue.

Salted Watermelon Sea Salt Soap

Juicy watermelon, ocean air and ethereal musk in a rustic, bespoke soap bar.

Sea salt is naturally rich in minerals and gives soap a beautifully creamy, dense lather while gently cleansing the skin. The feel of these bars when you use them is unique from our other soap bars. They create a wonderfully smooth, silky feel that make each wash feel a little more like a spa experience and leave your skin feeling like you just took a dip in the ocean. Use the bar directly on your skin for a time-saving way to exfoliate!

Our sea salt bars are made in small batches with organic salt harvested in the Mediterranean, with generous amounts of nourishing oils and butters, then left to cure for 9 months so they become hard, long-lasting bars that lather up exceptionally creamy and mild. The addition of organic coconut cream adds to lather and a lovely cleanse.

The result? A bar that feels simple, luxurious and grounding—turning an everyday shower into one of those quiet little moments of self-care.

Didn’t win a bar of our Pumpkin, Buttermilk & Oat Soap from our recent giveaway with Maybelle Farm? We will have them as part of our fall launch at MRKT. Markets next weekend!

What makes this soap special? We were gifted the most beautiful pumpkins from our friend Erin of Maybelle Farm, located just south of Saskatoon (swipe to see these beauties!) We puréed the pumpkin and added it to our soap, along with soothing local buttermilk and colloidal oatmeal. Pumpkin is packed with vitamins and enzymes, which is said to aid cell turnover, as well as brighten and nourish the skin. In a wash-off product, it lends to an ultra creamy and conditioning lather. French Yellow Clay helps with slip as it gently cleanses.

These bars are fragranced with a captivating scent of pumpkin, caramelized maple a touch of bourbon and a pinch of citrus. No “Pumpkin Spice” here!
