Salt and Stone Massage & Wellness

💚 WE DID IT! 💚

A huge thank you to Step Up for Mental Health for another incredible event! 321gorunning

Our Salt & Stone team had 18 runners and walkers - proud to lace up and complete both the 5K and 10K races together - and even prouder to be a sponsor supporting such an important cause. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Mental health matters, and we’re grateful to be part of an event that brings our community together, starts conversations, and raises awareness and support for mental health initiatives.

Thank you to everyone who organized, volunteered, participated, cheered, donated, and helped make the day such a success. 💚

We’re tired, we’re sore… but we did it! 🙌

📚 A Quick Note About Our Student Massage Appointments

We’re proud to offer Student Massage Therapy appointments at Salt & Stone and love being able to provide an affordable treatment options while giving future RMTs valuable hands-on experience.

However, we want to remind everyone that our students are exactly that - students. They are actively attending school, completing coursework, studying, and meeting the requirements of their programs in person (sometimes even working another job!). Their hours with us are scheduled around their education, and we cannot require students to pick up additional shifts simply because there is increased demand for appointments.

Student appointments are popular and can fill quickly. If our student availability doesn't work for your schedule, we highly recommend checking with local massage therapy schools and their student clinics. It's another great way to access lower-cost massage therapy while supporting students who need hands-on experience to complete their education. We now have 3 schools in the city - we posted direct booking links below for you!

Axiom Career College -> https://axiom.janeapp.com/
Students Sandeep and Kirby attend Axiom

Professional Institute of Massage Therapy -> https://professionalinstituteofmassagetherapy.clinicsense.com/book/
Student Tristan attends PIMT

Prairie College of Massage Therapy -> https://pcmt.janeapp.com/
We currently don't have any PCMT students they have all graduated!

We will continue offering as much student availability as our students can reasonably provide - but their education comes first. 💚

📍 SALT & STONE IS HEADING NORTH! 🧭✨

We’ve been working on some pretty exciting things behind the scenes… and we can formally anounce that we are expanding! You may have seen our changes to the website and booking system already 🥰

We are so excited to announce TWO new locations joining the Salt & Stone family:

⛏️ McIlvenna Bay Mine
📍 Creighton, Saskatchewan

Our McIlvenna Bay location will allow us to bring RMT services directly to employees onsite (which may not seem as applicable for our announcement but we have a shocking amount of clients who work there!) while our new Creighton location will bring RMT, Physiotherapy, Reflexology and Esthetic services to the community and surrounding area.

What started in Saskatoon continues to grow, and we’re incredibly excited to bring our team, services, and approach to wellness into Northern Saskatchewan. ❤️

There is LOTS more to share — including services, opening dates, booking information and scheduling for who will be traveling and working up north on rotations.

Booking is available online - but we still have team members on standby via call and text to assist from 9am to 9pm daily.

Thank you!

Don't forget to take advantage of our quarterly promotion! This quarter is designed to help you save more on larger (already discounted) packages to save you MORE money than ever on long term care ->
