Tips to Talons

Today I did a little housework and then had my sweet neighbor Naida in. It's been almost 5 weeks since she has been in abd needed a little TLC for her nails. Usually I use a milky white gel for her French tips but we changed things up a bit snd went for the bright white!

Once she was home she se t me a text telling me that she is very pleased with her new, shorter nails. She is always so gracious and I am thankful to have such lovely neighbors.

It was so nice to see you today Nadia! They are a little different than usual for you, but I hope you love them!

And now that I've had a nap, I will share my clients from yesterday!

Again, I have been struggling to remember to take before photos, so my first client of the day yesterday only has an after photo...

Keena came in for her first ever gel manicure, along side her mother who was getting her nails done by the beautiful and talented Amanda.

Keena chose this subtle n**e colour and we kept it simple and classy for her.
I hope you had a good experience getting your nails done for the first time Keena and I hope you love them! I also hope that the new school year is full of fun and exciting things!

As for my second client of the day yesterday. I met the lovely Patricia. She had been reccomended to me by one of my other awesome clients and I am so grateful that she came in to see me!

She came to me with her nails done previously done and needed a fill. At first she showed me a picture of a blue and black set she had wanted but we somehow landed on this stunning sparkly green set with some bling!

I am not going to lie, I was so pumped to finally get to use this green as I hadn't had a chance to yet and I am still super jazzed even just looking at the picture!!!

Patricia, I am so glad to have met you and I hope you love ypur nails more than I do and I hope to see you agian when you need them filled!

Good morning and happy Sunday!!!
I may have dropped the ball a little this week.and I have a handful of beautiful clients whose nails need to be shown off!!!

On Wednesday I had Brittni Nowak in for the first time! She wasn't sure what she had wanted to get done so we did a little brain storming and here is the result!

I tried my hand at blending some sunset colour's, pretty good for my first time I think! We also decided to play with a little bit of chrome on the middle nail and I quite like how it turned out!

Thank you Brittni for coming in to see me! I knew sooner or later you would end up in my chair! I am excited to see what else we can do when you come back for your first fill!

Also in on Wednesday was Stevie for some well deserved and very needed TLC on her nails. Life can get busy so its been almost 5 weeks since shes been able to get her nails done!

But we got her all fixed up! Much shorter and a different shape this time. She also decided that instead of the French manicure she's been getting, to gp for a sparkly dark purple!

She even sent me a photo on them in the sun! She loves them. Which makes me feel amazing!!!

Thanks Stevie for coming back to see me so we could fix your nails up! And i can't wait to see you back for your birthday nails!

Today was a good day as I got to spend it with two very delightful ladies!
Suzy had come to see me a couple of weeks ago and got some super cool silver cat eye nails. Today she was a bit early for a fill, but she is attending a wedding soon and wanted to change her nails up for the occasion.
We looked over a couple designs, brainstormed just a little ans we came to the conclusion that a classic french manicure would be the best way to go, however we decided to jazz them up a little with some dark blue leopard print! Not only do they compliment her dress and shoes, they compliment her personality!
I am so glad that you loved them so much! Now you have to be careful not to chip them!

My second client of the day was the lovely Sue. She also came in for a classic, elegant french manicure. Her nails complimented her beautiful amethyst ring perfectly and didn't need anything else otherwise it would feel overdone - in my opinion.
It was so nice to meet you Sue, thank you for choosing to book with me and I look forward to seeing you again. I am so thrilled that you're happy with your nails, I can't explain how happy that makes my heart!

Olivia came for her 10% off student discount today! She for came in for a brand new set and she brought an inspo picture, but we tweaked it a bit. She wanted blue instead of the black for a concert she will be going to soon. I actually quite like the blue and white zebra print.

I am super proud of this set! Thank you Olivia! I hope you enjoy your new set and have fun at your concert!

Anyways, April traded in her hot pink and black nails for this colorful multi-pink French manicure. She really enjoys torturing- I mean challenging me.
She also really likes her pinks, i may die of shock if she ever decides to chage the colour pallet.
